Community Run Reflection
Today we did the community run for our fitness in P.E. I got off to a good start and jogged up the hill, and then made my way to goldstone and across the field in about 12 minutes. I thought that was good timing because I was aiming for a time in the high twenties. However, after I crossed the the field my spring allergies began and I got a huge headache. I also started feeling tired and I wasn't as motivated as I was during the first half. I honestly didn't feel very well, which is why I slowed down during the second half. I got 37 minutes, which I am not proud of but I hope to do better next time! I don't understand how people have only walked and gotten 35 minutes because I honestly did jog and run, and not just walk the whole way. I really want to work on my endurance and hope to see some improvements by the end of the year. Adding that to my list of goals I hope to achieve!

Active Learning Mid-term Assessment
I feel that I keep progressing positively as the semester goes by. I always try to bring a positive aura to class. I always have appropriate attire for gym, and if I dont I do not use it as an excuse to get out of gym. I always look forward to gym because I have so many of my friends in my block. Its fun to play class games with them, and also get to know some other people in different grades. I enjoy doing fitness days with my best friends because they distract me from thinking about how tired I am or what I would rather be doing if I feel unmotivated. I also like participating in volunteer events. In a couple of weeks, I will be going to Disneyland in California for a leadership retreat along with student council and some other students from this school. I am really excited to develop my skills as a leader! I am also helping Mr. Vaughn by volunteering my day to work with bases students. I enjoy being in student council and giving back to the school. Overall, I am happy about my work habits in P.E, as well as my extra curricular participation. I am hoping to achieve an A this semester in P.E, and I hope that I can continue my success as an involved individual!
